The first meeting of the Winchester Area Civic Association will be held on Monday, Jan. 8, 7 p.m. at Zilss Hall. The meeting date was changed due to New Year’s Day coinciding with the first Monday of the month. 2024 dues will be collected. Dues are $10 per family per year.
