La Grange City Council voted unanimously last Monday to appoint Bryan Kerr to the vacant Council seat representing Ward 4.
Kerr has lived in La Grange for the past eight years. He works for Freedom Solar, an Austin-based company that provides residential and commercial solar panel installation and maintenance. He also volunteers for La Grange Little League and the local YoungLife committee.
