Feb. 1 Proclaimed Optimist Day
La Grange Mayor Jan Dockery (right) recognized the Optimist Club at the City Council meeting on Monday by signing a proclamation designating Feb. 1 as Optimist Day in La Grange. The La Grange Optimist Club offers a wide range of sports and activities for local youth. On hand for the signing were (from left) Jeff Kelly and Misty Touchet of the La Grange Optimist Club.
