Fayette County 4-H Members Compete at District 11 4-H Spring Spectacular

CDM Group: Logan Poncik, Makenna Emmel, McKenna Zarosky, Langley Murphy, Emery Fricke, and Kaden Raabe.

Fayette County 4-H members participated in the District 11 4-H Spring Spectacular Contest on May 5 and 6 in Victoria. Events included Public Speaking, Educational Presentations, 4-H Has Talent, and Consumer Decision Making.

Rheagan Karisch, Logan Poncik and Sawyer Mau competed in the Senior Public Speaking Contest. Crockett Guenther and Rilan Karisch competed in the Intermediate Public Speaking Contest. Crockett placed 2nd overall. Rowdy Guenther competed in the Junior Public Speaking Contest.

Logan Poncik competed in the Beef Educational Presentations contest. He placed 3rd and will advance to Texas 4-H Roundup this June.

Sarita Kinsey and Kylee Hoffmann competed in the 4-H Has Talent Show Senior Choreography Routine. Sarita placed 3rd Overall.

McKenna Zarosky competed as an individual in the Junior Consumer Decision Making Contest.

The Consumer Decision Making Intermediate Team placed 2nd overall. Team members consisted of Kaden Raabe, Langley Murphy, and Emery Fricke. Individually, Kaden was 4th and Langley was 5th high point.

Logan Poncik and McKenna Emmel competed in the Senior Division. Individually, Logan was 2nd high point senior and will advance to Texas 4-H Round Up this June.
