New City Billing System The City has moved to a new water/sewer utility billing system. For the most part this will be invisible to customers, other than a slight change in appearance in the billing postcards mailed to customers.
You are encouraged to sign up for paperless billing to receive your bill conveniently by email. Please call the City Secretary, Sandee Wilkinson, to sign up. Doing so will save time, reduce administrative costs and ensure efficient delivery of your bill (be sure and check your Spam folder).
If you currently use paperless billing and your payment is auto-debited from your bank account, no action is necessary. That transition happens automatically. If you pay by credit card online, contact Sandee for assistance with setting up a new account.

The rally, sponsored by America Needs Fatima, will be one of over 23,500 rallies taking place all across the U.S. that day.
