Bastrop Woman to Celebrate 107th Birthday Wednesday
Bastrop is hosting a birthday party on Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. for Ruby Willard who will be turning 107 years of age. Mayor Lyle Nelson will be in attendance to read a proclamation from Gov.
