Lionso Palacios Soto, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025, in Bastrop, at the age of 79.

A visitation was held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Koenig-Belvill Funeral Home & Cremations in La Grange. Family was present to receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A Holy Rosary was recited at 7 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of La Grange on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at the La Grange City Cemetery.
