Funeral services for Victor Parker Sr. were held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings with Pastor Tracy S. Smith officiating. Burial followed in the St. Matthew Cemetery in Carmine.

Victor Lynn Parker was born into this world on Nov. 30, 1972 in Brenham, the son of Alton Parker Sr. and Vernon C. (Guyton) Mayberry. Victor grew up in the Ledbetter area and attended school in Giddings. On Feb. 23, 2009, he was united in Holy Matrimony to Brande Blanford in Bryan.

Victor slipped peacefully away from this world and entered the embrace of Jesus the morning of Saturday, April 5, 2025 at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan.

The Parker family recommends making memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association or to a charity of one’s choice.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings.
