Gabina S. Orona, an example of altruism and unwavering faith, passed away peacefully on Jan. 8, 2025, in Austin.

A viewing was held at Koenig-Belvill Funeral Home & Cremations of La Grange on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025 from 12 to 7 p.m. The family was present from 5 to 7 p.m. to greet friends. At 7 p.m. A Holy Rosary was recited.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Grange on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 at 10 a.m. Burial followed at the La Grange City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter or Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Mass intentions.
