Funeral services for Richard Mangrum, 75 of Serbin, are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings with Tim Pitts officiating.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. and on Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings. The Mangrum family will be present for visitation Wednesday evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Richard Lee Mangrum was born on Aug. 3, 1946 in Pasadena to Lee Roy Mangrum and Mavis Agnes (Gustavsen) Mangrum. Richard passed away the afternoon of Thursday, June 30, 2022 in Smithville.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings.
