Bette Jo (McCollum) Kelso, 86, of Wharton, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.
Bette Jo was born in San Antonio, Texas on May 8, 1936, the daughter of Jo A McCollum and Elizabeth (Roberts) McCollum.
Ms. Bette loved doing crafts and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and rodeos. She had a special dog, Little Al, that she deeply cared for as well.
