Keilers

Jeannette (Jane) Marie Keilers of Oldenburg was called to her heavenly home on Jan. 15, 2023. Jane was 90 years old. She was born in Kaplan, La., the daughter of Milton and Gloria (Abshire) Stelly.

She is survived by her husband, Lester Keilers, siblings, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jane and Lester were married for 61 years.

She was a loving wife and mother. She had an amazing sense of humor, beautiful laugh and smile. Anyone who met Jane felt comfortable due to her kind and giving nature. She was a wonderful cook. Her pastimes included seek a word puzzles and crocheting. She will be missed by all that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter and sister.

Jane was passionate about her Christian Faith and was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church-Warrenton. She found peace in the Lord’s Prayer even in her last days.

She will be laid to rest in a private service.

The family would like to thank Care Inn for their loving care.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jane’s name to St. John’s Lutheran Church-Warrenton.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange.
