Huelsebusch
Luke Wyatt Huelsebusch was a blessing, born on Jan. 16, 2000. He was a cherished son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, friend, and coworker. He lived his life with kindness, generosity, loyalty, and integrity, endearing him to all who knew him.
Luke was the beloved son of Mark and Jennifer Huelsebusch, a loving brother to Gabe Huelsebusch and his wife, Kassidy, and a proud uncle to Jayce Wyatt Huelsebusch. His grandmother, Marlene Pietsch, along with his uncles and aunts, Ryan Pietsch, Joel Pietsch and Toni Laux, Lana and Bob Jackson, Edwin and Tami Pietsch, Ronnie Sr. and Rose Pietsch, Brenda and Steve Seberger, and Becky and Bill Levy, will hold many sweet memories of Luke, as will his many cousins, friends, and coworkers.
Luke was preceded in death by his oldest brother, Wyatt John Huelsebusch, his grandparents Reuben Pietsch and Franklin and Josephine Huelsebusch, aunt Patricia Teed and his greatgrandparents Edwin and Viola Roensch, Edwin and Elsie Pietsch, Rudolph and Erna Kaspar, and Harry and Elise Huelsebusch.
Luke was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, where he was baptized, attended preschool and Sunday school, was confirmed, and served as treasurer and president of the LYF. He graduated from La Grange High School
in 2018, where he participated in FFA Ag Mechanics, tennis, band, and UIL Accounting. He was inducted into the NHS. He graduated from Texas State Technical College in 2020, having been hired by Saber Power Services in Corpus Christi early in his last semester. Corpus swiftly captured his heart, and he purchased a house there in 2021. Luke’s professional dedication shone through his work with Flint Hills Resources as part of their Electrical Maintenance and Transmission Team over the past two years.
We will always remember Luke for his infectious smile and as the person who could always be counted on. His kind spirit and generous nature were as reliable as his big, competent, skillful hands. He could fix just about anything. Luke’s legacy is one of love, generosity, laughter, loyalty, and dependability. As an organ donor, Luke has given life-saving gifts to others. His impact on the world around him was profound, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who were fortunate enough to cross paths with him. Luke, we’ll love you forever.
