Raymond Charles “RC” Franke, 81, of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023.
Raymond was born in Smithville on Aug. 25, 1941, the son of the late Anna Otille (Lehmann) and Traugott H. Franke.
He was a farmer and rancher his entire life, raising jersey milk cows and hogs.
