Doyle

In the early morning hours of Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024, Our Heavenly Father decided that He needed another angel in Heaven and took our beloved Gwenna into His loving arms.

Gwenna Ann-Marie Doyle was born on Sept. 21, 2010 in Houston. She loved and was loved by all, and brought joy to everyone who she knew. She never met a stranger, and her warm smile brightened every room. She will be sadly missed.

She is survived by her parents, Michael Garth Doyle and Laura Jeanne Watson Doyle; her three brothers, Logan Samuel Cunningham, Wesley Ryan Cunningham, and Michael Richard Doyle; grandparents, Diana Sue Doyle, and Robin and Jeanne Watson; aunts, Lynn Marie Julian and husband James Craig Julian, and Lee Watson; cousins, Kelsey Faith Julian and her daughter Hazel, Abigail Grace Julian, Trinity Elizabeth Julian, Hannah Catherine Julian, Alexis Mae Derscheid, Cordelia Jane Derscheid, and Daria Jeanne Derscheid; great aunt and uncle, Linda and Robert Wilson; and a host of special friends at Houston’s First Cypress children’s Special thanks to the Thru the Roof Ministry at the First Baptist Church (Loop Campus) for being so helpful and supportive through her early years and beyond.

Services are scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025, at Houston’s First Baptist Church (Cypress Campus), with the Visitation starting at 12 p.m. and the Funeral Service beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Brookshire Memorial Oaks in Brookshire.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Gwenna’s name be made to Texas Children’s Hospital, Houston’s First Baptist Church, or the charity of your choice.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Beresford Funeral Services of Houston.
