Mary Ann Cundieff, age 74, passed away on Feb. 7, 2024. Mary Ann will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her unwavering integrity, and her steadfast commitment to living a life in accordance with her Christian values. She leaves behind a legacy of love and faith that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Mary Ann attended Flatonia High School and went on to pursue higher education at Mary Hardin-Baylor where she played basketball. Throughout her career, she held various Education Administrative Assistant positions in Mexia ISD, Round Rock ISD, and La Grange ISD. After school, Mary Ann taught piano lessons to local children.

Mary Ann and her family were active members of the Baptist church in every town they lived in.

She had a deep love for music and served in her church by playing the piano, teaching Sunday School, and singing in the choir. Mary Ann also enjoyed leading Bible studies, gardening, and baking.

Mary Ann is survived by her son, Keith Cundieff and his wife Jennifer; her daughter, Misty Bowden and her husband Curt; five grandchildren Nate, Austin, Brooklyn, Mason, and Jason, their spouses, and four great-grandchildren, Lacey, Colson, Charlotte, and Kenzleigh.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Cundieff, and her parents, Wayne and Lois Null.

A graveside service will be held in her honor at Pitman Cemetery in Muldoon on Tuesday, Feb. 13, at 2 p.m.
