Brown

Teresa Clark Brown was born in Los Angeles, Calif. on Aug. 7, 1958 to John and Eileen Cozad. She was a recent resident of Muldoon in Fayette County.

Teresa was a very loving and caring mother/grandmother of four children and one grandson and often treated others like her own. She had a vibrant and free-spirited nature about her, she was a hard worker and was extremely selfless. She loved music and to travel with her daughter. Teresa was a teacher, cosmetologist and worked in the home health industry.

Teresa is survived by her mother; four children, Allen Joseph Brown (Darla), Laura Ann Brown, Christina Clark Brown (Jennifer) and Christopher David Brown (Amanda); one grandson, Jaxon Thomas Brown; and two sisters, Vicky Bradford and Andrea Brooks.

She is preceded in death by her father and brother Terry Cozad.

A memorial service for Teresa Clark Brown was held on Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. in Houston at Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorial contributions be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange.
