James “Bubba” Albert Broome, 70, of Ellinger, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023.
James was born in Houston on Oct. 12, 1953, the son of James Wilber Broome and Billie Jean (Henson) Broome.
He worked as an Electrician for an air conditioning company in Houston for many years.
