VFW Post No. 5254 Auxiliary Installs Officers

At the May 16 meeting of the VFW Auxiliary No. 5254 of La Grange, officers were installed for the ensuing year 2023-2024: (pictured, from left) President Marilyn Kothmann, Senior Vice President Twila Thurman, Junior Vice President Barbara Brauner, Treasurer Anna Boyd, Chaplain Mary Gray, Conductress Elizabeth Kallus, Guard Lorine Bertsch, and Three-Year Trustee Phyllis Chavarria. Moving into their new positions but not needing to be installed were One-Year Trustee Peggy Sulik (not pictured) and Two-Year Trustee Mary Gray. Appointed as Secretary was Elizabeth Kallus. The officers will assume their duties at the next monthly meeting to be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, at the VFW Post Home in La Grange.
