La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Jan. 21-28.

Terroristic Threat

On Jan. 25, Haynie was dispatched to the 1000 block of E. Guadalupe regarding a terroristic threat. One subject was placed under arrest.

Accidents

On Jan. 22, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 400 block of E. Travis regarding an auto accident.

On Jan. 23, Wostarek was dispatched to the 100 block of W. State Hwy. 71 regarding an accident.

On Jan. 23, Officer Kevin Currington was dispatched to the 700 block of E. Travis for an accident with no injuries.

On Jan. 23, Wostarek was dispatched to the 100 block of W. State Hwy. 71 regarding an auto accident.

On Jan. 24, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 100 block of N. Washington regarding an accident.

Animal Complaint

On Jan. 22, Animal Control Officer Dean Ahlschlager put out a coon trap in the 300 block of N. Franklin.

On Jan. 22, Ahlschlager checked on a dog killing chickens in the 500 block of E. Guadalupe.

On Jan. 22, Currington was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Guadalupe for an animal complaint.

Civil Matter

On Jan. 27, Hayne spoke with subject in the 900 block of S. Madison regarding a civil matter.

Disturbance

On Jan. 27, Wostarek was dispatched to the 100 block of Hollaway regarding a disturbance.

On Jan. 28, Wostarek and Sgt. Travis Anderson were dispatched to the 200 block of S. Jefferson regarding a disturbance at the location.

Fire Alarm/Structure

On Jan. 24, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 400 block of S. Jefferson regarding a sparking transformer. 

Public Intoxication

On Jan. 27, Haynie arrested a subject in the 2000 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business for public intoxication.

Parking Violation

On Jan. 22, Currington was dispatched to the 1800 block of E. State Hwy. 71 bypass for a parking matter.

Robbery

On Jan. 25, Officer Thomas Keeney responded to the 500 block of N. Main for a robbery.

Soliciting

On Jan. 28, Currington was dispatched to the 1900 block of State Hwy. 71 business for solicitors without a permit.

Theft

On Jan. 22, Wostarek received information regarding

a theft in the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business.

Traffic Hazard

On Jan. 22, Wostarek was dispatched to the 300 block of W. Travis regarding a traffic hazard.

On Jan. 22, Wostarek was dispatched to the 600 block of N. Horton regarding a traffic hazard.

On Jan. 26, Currington placed traffic cones that had been run over at a pothole in the 100 Block of W. Travis.

Trespassing

On Jan. 23, Wostarek issued a criminal trespass warning in the 400 block of E.

Travis.

Welfare Check

On Jan. 23, Currington checked on a subject in the 700 block of N. Eckel.

On Jan. 23, Currington checked on a clerk in the 800 block of E. Travis.

On Jan. 23, Wostarek was dispatched to the 600 block of E. Guadalupe regarding a welfare check.

On Jan. 24, Officer Brett Meinadus did a welfare check in the 800 block of E. Upperline.

On Jan. 28, Wostarek was dispatched to the 2400 block of W. State Hwy 71 business regarding a welfare check.

Miscellaneous

On Jan. 28, Anderson received a call about possible child endangerment in the 800 block of E. Fannin.
