That’s One Way to Beat the Heat

As temperatures flirted with the 100-degree mark most days last week, finding ways to cool off became a priority. These kiddos, Matthew Lira, Keila Lira, Kanon Wachsmann and Kase Wachsman, found the perfect solution as they played together at the La Grange splash pad, adjacent to Randolph Rec. Center at 653 E Pearl Street in La Grange. The high so far for the year was reached Sunday June 18 at 102 degrees. High temperatures are expected to exceed 100 degrees every day this week.
