The Texas Women’s League presented $54,000 in grants to 27 local organizations in a ceremony at the Texas Czech Heritage and Cultural Center last Wednesday, May 8. Each organization recieved $2,000. Pictured below are the recipients, with the exception of a few that were unable to attend. Not pictured are Elevate Student Ministry at Crosspoint Community Church, Faith Lutheran High School, Family Crisis Center, Fixpatrick’s Garage Foundation, Senior Connections of Schulenburg, Round Top Festival Institute, Round Top Library Association, Stevens Chapel United Methodist Church and the Texas Czech Heritage and Cultural Center.
