St. Rose of Lima Catholic School Students Place at Sacred Heart Academic Meet

On Thursday, Feb. 12, St. Rose of Lima Catholic School students participated in the Sacred Heart Academic Meet held in Hallettsville.

Students who placed were, First Grade: Creative Writing-June Schiffli, 1st.

Second Grade: Creative Writing-Penelope Machac, 4th; Written Math-Harper Wright, 3rd.

Third Grade: Ready Writing- Ben Sustr, 4th; Written Spelling-Ben Sustr, 3rd; Written Math-Ben Sustr, 1st.

Fourth Grade: Ready Writing-Kasen Zbranek, 3rd; Emileigh Divin, 5th; Written Math-Adam Reeves, 2nd; Micah Garcia, 3rd; Lane Schiffli, 4th.

Fifth Grade: Religion-Emma McCourt, 3rd; Written Math-Abigail McBride, 5th; Ready Writing-Rowan Heinrich, 1st; Emma Zweschper, 5th; Science, Wyatt Smrkovsky, 1st; Brody Brossmann, 3rd.
