Shared Lutheran Ministry VBS Begins July 24

Shared Lutheran Ministry VBS will be held in Rutersville the week of July 24 from 8:30 a.m.- noon. Breakfast will be served starting at 7:30 a.m.

Registration forms are due by July and you may contact Laura Brugger at (979) 9663455 for more information. Campers welcome from kindergarten to 5th grade based on the 2023-2024 school year. Volunteers are needed as well.

Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.

Central Texas Food Bank Central Texas Food Bank Truck will be at the Waldeck Lutheran Church located at the junction FM 1291 and FM 2145 on Saturday, June 17 from 10-11 a.m.

Food distribution will be a walk-up method. Volunteers will distribute the food from tables as the clients walk through the line making their selections. Every client will need to bring their own sturdy reusable bags and boxes. Wagons will be furnished by CTFB. The next distribution will be July 15.

Brethren Church

Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Face book page.
