Senior Connections Goes to Flatonia

Senior Connections would like to direct people to its website, www.srconnections.org, to find monthly calendars and newspaper articles. New members have been coming in, after reading newspaper articles, to see what is going on at the Senior Connections building in Wolter’s Park right next to the Pavilion.

Senior Connections is open on Mondays and Wednesdays while Executive Director is recovering from surgery. Members are enjoying having a place where they can come to that is safe, air-conditioned, and where they can get a good warm, nutritious lunch with a group of their friends and neighbors.

The center sees close to 20 people on Mondays and has a full day of 25 people on Wednesdays. Last week, members went on a short outing to the Lyric Theater in Flatonia and over 20 people attended the movie and went out to lunch afterwards.
