Second Chance Makes Donation Towards Back 2 School Festival

Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $3,000 to be a sponsor of the Tejas Health Care Back 2 School Festival. Monies donated provided 75 backpacks, prefilled with school supplies, for students in need to be successful in the classroom.
