Schulenburg Police Report
Schulenburg Police Chief Troy Brenek reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Oct. 1-7.
Accident
On Oct. 6, Officer Byron Powe responded to the 1500 block of Kellett for a private parking lot accident.
Civil Matter
On Oct. 5, Officer Juan Castilleja was dispatched to the 600 block of Upton for public service in reference to a child custody issue.
On Oct. 6, Powe took a report at the police station in regard to child custody and a court order out of Bexar County.
On Oct. 6, Officer MD Krenek met with complainant in the 25 block of Kessler in regard to child custody.
On Oct. 6, Krenek met with complainant in the 40 block of N. Kessler for child custody exchange.
Disturbance
On Oct. 3, Officer James Whited was dispatched to the 700 block of Kessler regarding customers who were harassing the employees. Upon arrival the subjects were gone.
Reckless Driver
On Oct. 7, Whited was advised by dispatch of a reckless driver on Hwy. 90 traveling eastbound with no license plate. Officer unable to locate.
Suspicious Person/Vehicle On Oct. 1, Castilleja was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Kessler for a suspicious person scaring other customers. Theft
On Oct. 1, Officer Hailee Vincent responded to the 200 block of College to Arlan’s for a woman stealing food.
On Oct. 3, Powe responded to the 200 block of Heinrich for complainant advising diesel was taken out of his 18-wheeler overnight.
