Rotary Donates to Main Street

The La Grange Rotary Club kicked off the new year by again becoming the premier sponsor of Main Street’s programs for children. Main Street’s manager Caleb Parks last week received a $3,000 check from Rotary president Mike Coppinger. The sponsorship helps pay for Movie Nights on the Square, games at the annual downtown Trick or Treat night, and similar Main Street programs. Donations like this come from Rotary fundraisers. The next such fundraiser will be the club’s annual Pancake Supper, set for Thursday, Feb. 2, at La Grange Elementary School.
