Program on Inheritance Issues at Weimar Library

A free program providing legal information will be held at the Weimar Public Library at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12th with snacks and drinks provided.

The Friends of the Weimar Public Library, will host a presentation on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and gifts; inheritance rules in absence of a will; determination of heirship in absence of a will; probate of estates; powers of attorney for financial and medical decisions if a person becomes incapacitated; and Medicaid planning to qualify for Medicaid and preserve assets from Medical Recovery Claims.
