Pilot Travel Center Celebrates Upgrades by Making Donation to Schulenburg ISD

The Pilot travel center in Schulenburg is ready for travelers to experience its new curbto- counter remodel, featuring a fresh look and enhanced amenities. This investment is part of Pilot Company’s $1+ billion nationwide store modernization initiative, New Horizons, and to celebrate this location’s completion, Pilot is donating $10,000 to Schulenburg Independent School District.

Key updates to the travel center located at 709 N. US-77 include:revitalized store interior with a fresh, modern design, remodeled Cinnabon to serve guests sweet and tasty treats, remodeled Taco Bell to serve guests their favorite meals, remodeled kitchen to better prepare fresh food offerings, new hot and cold deli area with crave-worthy, grab-andgo options, enhanced beverage coolers for a wider selection of drinks, remodeled restrooms and showers for added comfort and upgraded laundry facilities for on-the-go convenience Pilot is dedicated to showing people they matter at every turn – in its travel centers, on the road and beyond. Through its Miles of Good initiative, the company supports the communities it serves by focusing on three key pillars: education, safety and veterans. As part of this ongoing commitment, Pilot’s $10,000 donation to Schulenburg Independent School District will support its Digital Technology Expansion Initiative.
