Pancake Supper is This Thursday

There will be some changes this year to the annual La Grange Rotary Pancake Supper which will be held this Thursday, Feb. 2, from 5-7 p.m. The first change is the location. It will be held at the new La Grange Elementary cafeteria. Another change is a return to dine-in, with all you can eat returning to the dinein crowd as well. The dine-in entrance will be at the main entrance of the elementary school on S. Jackson St. Parking is available on S. Jackson St. and Milam St.

Along with the change in location, comes a change in the to-go pick-up spot. Above is a map of the to-go plate route. The entrance will be on Travis St. (Bus. 71) by the light at HEB. There will be signs and Rotary members directing you to the plate pickup spot on Milam St. Vail St. will be closed at Travis St. The route will weave through the parking lots on the elementary campus to prevent a backup of traffic on Travis St. The Rotary Pancake Supper is one of the major events that the Rotary Club of La Grange uses to raise funds for scholarships that are available to seniors at La Grange High School. Tickets may be purchased at the door or from any Rotary Club member. Tickets are $8 and children 6-under are free.
