A crash involving two 18-wheelers claimed a life on Interstate 10 Friday morning, Sept. 19. The crash happened shortly before 5:46 a.m. in the westbound lanes about two miles west of Schulenburg. One of the 18-wheelers was carrying a load of mangos that spilled onto the highway.

A long-time member of the Round Top Rifle Club, Marburger won the title back in 2002 as well.
