Old Schulenburg EMS Station Sold to Mikeskys

Fayette County Commissioners Court held a special meeting on Monday, Nov. 20, to formally approve the sale of the old EMS Station in Schulenburg.

AHM Burg LLC, a company registered to Shawn and Renee Mikesky of Schulenburg, purchased the property for $197,500. The 0.245 acre property is located at 115 College St. in Schulenburg, near Schulenburg Regency Nursing Center.

Fayette County built a new EMS station in Schulenburg on US 77 near Interstate 10.

It opened earlier this year.
