City of Fayetteville
The city offices are getting a facelift. The front of the building has been stained. Trim around the windows and the front door will get a new coat of paint.
New Business
Timeless Maison (French for timeless market) owned by interior designer Brittany Rouse is making its debut in the square around late spring. The store occupies the space previously held by Yesterday’s Past.
The name of her new shop is a nod to the spaces she creates and her love for French furniture. “A few of my design clients would tell me they just love their house now, that it’s so timeless. That’s a huge compliment to my work,” stated Rouse. “I strive to make their home personify who they truly are. And using ‘Maison’ ties well into my love for French antiques.”
Interior design services will be offered along with a mix of classic men’s and women’s clothing, antiques, gifts, and a selection of items for those four-legged friends.
Store Closing
Update on Redeemed and Restored Ministries in the square: While they greatly appreciate the support they have received from our community, the store is now closing. Any donations made will be taken to the Higgins branch in Brenham and Second Chance.
