Multiple Drug Arrests Made

On Sunday, Oct. 22, at approximately 2:38 a.m. Sgt. Ryan Meagher conducted a traffic stop on a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser for an equipment violation in the La Grange area.

After further investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Roberta Taylor, 55 of La Grange, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

On Monday Oct. 23, at approximately 2:50 a.m. Deputy Austin Moore initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle near Schulenburg. Moore observed criminal indicators and after further investigation Moore arrested Caden Puckly, 18 of League City, for numerous narcotics charges.

Inside the vehicle Moore located three mason jars filled with marijuana, a fourth mason jar filled with psilocybin mushrooms, numerous THC cartridges, Adderal tablets, and drug paraphernalia.

Puckly was transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice center and released to the on staff jailers without further incident.
