MS 150 Rolls Through This Weekend

The MS 150 is slated for this weekend, April 25-26. Riders from Houston will come through the east side of the County by Fayetteville to the Fairgrounds in La Grange. Riders from Austin will come into the county on the west, coming through Winchester. They will also stop at the fairgrounds. The route from Houston has a change this year - because of the bridge work on FM 2145, riders will take Post Oak Rd. at FM 2981 to Race Track Road and merge on to HWY 77. Riders from Austin will also merge onto 77 from FM 153 near the same point. Traffic will be heavy in the area, so try to use alternate routes.

When the riders leave Sunday morning they will go back up 77 to Post Oak Rd and then follow the normal route up Waldeck and eventually out of the county.

Residents of Post Oak Rd. be prepared for traffic.
