McRobbery Suspect Identified, Still Sought

La Grange Police identified one of the suspects who allegedly robbed the La Grange McDonald’s Restaurant at gunpoint on Nov. 9.

Police Chief David Gilbreath said his department obtained an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Morris Allen Cooper of Hallettsville for aggravated robbery. Gilbreath said Cooper was one of the two men who robbed the restaurant and got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Cooper remains at large. If anyone knows his whereabouts, please contact La Grange Police at (979) 9685806. The case remains under investigation. Gilbreath said he expects additional arrests in the case.
