LGPD Responds to Missing Child Call
La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of March 17-24.
Missing Child
On March 22, Maxwell was dispatched to the 500 block of W. Fairgrounds Road regarding a missing child.
Animal Complaint
On March 17, Animal Control Officer Justin Pietsch picked up a dog in the 100 block of Lee and took to the pound.
On March 19, Pietsch set up a skunk trap in the 200 block of Lynnwood.
On March 20, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 200 block of Northpointe regarding an animal complaint.
On March 20, Pietsch met with the bee man in the 400 block of E. Cedar and bees were removed.
On March 23, Maxwell was dispatched to the 200 block of N. Horton regarding an animal complaint.
On March 23, Officer Kevin Currington was dispatched to the 1900 block of Hwy. 71 business for an animal complaint.
Agency Assist
On March 22, Officer Thomas Keeney responded to the 1000 block of Springs Loop for an agency assist.
Accident
On March 22, Currington responded to the 1500 block of N. Jefferson for an accident.
On March 23, Currington was dispatched to the 1900 block of Hwy. 71 business for an accident.
On March 23, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Travis regarding an accident.
Criminal Mischief
On March 20, Officer Steven Haynie responded to the 200 block of S. Jefferson to issue a citation for criminal mischief.
Citizen Assist
On March 18, Maxwell was dispatched to the 500 block of W. Lowerline for a citizen assist.
Disturbance
On March 22, Maxwell was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington regarding a disturbance.
On March 22, Maxwell was dispatched to the 700 block of E. Pecan regarding a disturbance.
On March 23, Wostarek was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington for a verbal disturbance.
Found Property
On March 18, Currington was dispatched to the 300 block of E. Travis for found property.
Suspicious Person/Vehicle
On March 18, Wostarek was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Lester regarding a suspicious person.
On March 19, Currrington checked on a subject on the 100 block of W. Colorado.
On March 23, Currington was dispatched to the 400 block of N. Washington for a suspicious vehicle.
