La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Nov. 27 through Dec. 4.

Assault

On Nov. 29, Officer Mitchell Maxwell spoke with individual in the 100 block of N. Man in regard to a possible assault at a different location.

Animal Complaint

On Dec. 2, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 1500 block of W. State Hwy 71 business in regard to an animal complaint.

Accident

On Nov. 28, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1700 block of E. State Hwy. 71 bypass in regard to a two-vehicle accident. Citation was issued.

On Nov. 29, Maxwell was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Jefferson in regard to a twovehicle accident. Citation was issued.

Agency Assist

On Nov. 28, Maxwell was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Miller in regard to an agency assist.

On Dec. 1, Officer Kevin Currington assisted DPS with a prisoner at One St. Marks Place.

On Dec. 2, Haynie was dispatched to the 400 block of S. Jefferson for an agency assist.

Burglary

On Nov. 28, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1000 block of N. Jefferson in regard to a building that had been broken into.

On Nov. 30, Officer Thomas Keeney responded to the 900 block of E. Travis in response to a broken back door window.

Citizen Assist

On Dec. 1, Keeney responded to the 400 block of W. Colorado to assist a citizen.

Criminal Mischief Dec, 1, Keeney spoke with a caller about a report of criminal mischief in the 1700 block of N. Jefferson.

Civil Matter

On Nov. 29, Officer Justin Koehne spoke with caller about a civil matter involving packages being left at his neighbors’ house in the 700 block of E. Upperline. Disturbance

On Nov. 29, Haynie was dispatched to the 600 block of N Franklin in regard to a family disturbance.

On Dec. 1, Currington was dispatched to the 200 block of S Ellinger for a possible disturbance.

On Dec. 3, Sgt. Travis Anderson received a call in regard to a disturbance in the 2200 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business.

On Dec. 3, Anderson received a call in regard to a verbal disturbance in the 900 block of N. Horton.

Found Property

On Nov. 30, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 900 block of E. Roitsch where individual found two new power drills in her garage and she doesn’t know who they belong to.

On Dec. 3, Haynie located an abandoned bicycle in the 300 block of E. Crockett.

Reckless Driving

On Nov. 30, Haynie was dispatched to the 700 block of Eckel in regard to reckless driving.

Suspicious Vehicle/Subject On Nov. 28, Maxwell was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Crockett in regard to a suspicious vehicle.

On Nov. 30, Currington checked on vehicle that was backed up to a closed business in the 200 block of Carroll Lane.

On Dec. 1, Currington was dispatched to One St. Marks Place for subject possibly causing a problem.

On Dec. 1, Currington was dispatched to the 400 block of E. Roitsch for a suspicious vehicle.

On Dec. 2, Haynie checked out a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of S. Jefferson.

On Dec. 2, Haynie spoke with subject regarding a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of N. Jackson.

On Dec. 2, Haynie was dispatched to the 2000 block of E. State Hwy. 71 business in regard to a suspicious vehicle.

Theft

On Nov. 29, Maxwell spoke with caller about a theft in the 500 block of N. Washington.

On Dec. 1, Keeney responded to the 1500 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business in response to a theft.

Welfare Check

On Nov. 28, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Pearl in regard to a welfare check.

On Nov. 29, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Pearl in regard to a welfare check.

On Nov. 29, Maxwell responded to the 100 block of N.

Water for a welfare check. On Dec. 1, Keeney responded to the 600 block of N. Franklin in response to a welfare check.

Warrant Arrest

On Nov. 28, Haynie arrested a subject on an outstanding warrant in the 600 block of S. Jefferson.

On Nov. 28, Haynie was dispatched to the 1600 block of N. Jefferson in regard to an outstanding warrant.

Miscellaneous

On Dec. 1, Meinardus responded to the 400 block of W. Colorado in regard to a vehicle blocking her driveway.

On Dec. 1, Keeney responded to the 400 block of E. Travis in response to a fuel spill.
