LG Elementary Kids Get Visit from Alpacas

September is Suicide Prevention month. To promote good mental health, there was a treat for kids at La Grange elementary last Tuesday as a pair of alpacas (Pancho and Lefty) from the Hajovsky’s Texas Party Animals came to school for a special program. After a short presentation focused on the theme “Be Healthy, Be Strong, Be Kind” during PE class, the kids got to pet and hug the alpacas, which were both decked out in La Grange Leopard shawls for the occasion
