La Grange Police Report
La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Feb. 11-18.
Accident
On Feb. 12, Officer Brett. Meinardus was dispatched to the 2300 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business for a two vehicle accident with no injuries.
On Feb. 16, Sgt. Travis Anderson received a call in regard to a two vehicle accident with injuries at Hwy. 159 and State Hwy. 71 service road.
On Feb. 16, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 1200 block of Hwy. 77 for a single vehicle accident.
Agency Assist
On Feb. 15, Officer Kevin Currington transported a prisoner for agency assist.
Animal Complaint
On Feb. 17, Haynie was dispatched to the 300 block of W. Milam regarding a loose dog.
On Feb. 17, Haynie was dispatched to the 1300 block of N. US Hwy. 77 for an animal complaint.
Child Abuse
On Feb. 17, Anderson responded to a follow up in the 200 block of S. Ellinger which could possibly turn into child endangerment/abuse.
Disturbance
On Feb. 12, Currington was dispatched to the 300 block of Fireside for a verbal argument.
On Feb. 13, Officer Thomas as Keeney responded to the 200 block of S. Ellinger for a disturbance.
On Feb. 13, Anderson received a call in regard to a disturbance in the 200 block of S.
Jefferson.
On Feb. 18, Anderson responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of E. State Hwy 71 business.
Evading Arrest
On Feb. 12, Haynie arrested a subject for evading arrest in the 900 block of E. Colorado.
On Feb. 16, Haynie was dispatched to the 100 block of Guy for a family violence call.
Lost Item
On Feb. 11, Hayne spoke with a subject in the 200 block of E. Travis regarding a lost item.
Loud Music
On Feb. 11, Keeney responded to the 300 block of N. Riverview for a loud noise complaint.
Suspicious Person/Vehicle
On Feb. 11, Currington spoke with a subject in the 300 block of S. Monroe about a suspicious situation.
On Feb. 11, Haynie was dispatched to the 900 block of S. Jefferson in regard to suspicious persons.
On Feb. 12, Keeney responded to the 500 block of S. Meyer for suspicious people.
On Feb. 16, Anderson responded to the area of Sarah Jo and Camp in regard to suspicious people sitting inside a vehicle who had been going door to door.
On Feb. 16, Haynie spoke with a subject in the 200 block of E. Travis regarding suspicious activity.
On Feb. 17, Anderson received a call in regard to suspicious people in the 200 block of S. Ellinger.
Theft
On Feb. 16, Anderson received a call in regard to a theft of mail in the 500 block of Koenig Lane.
Terroristic Threat
On Feb. 16, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Fannin in regard to a terroristic threat.
Warrant Arrest
On Feb. 1, Haynie initiated a traffic stop in the 200 block of S. Vail, and the subject was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
Welfare Check
On Feb. 17, Anderson assisted CPS on a welfare check in the 200 block of S. Ellinger.
