Police Report
La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Nov. 19-26.
Animal Complaint
On Nov. 20, Officer Timothy Medack was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Guadalupe regarding an animal complaint.
On Nov. 21, Medack was dispatched to the 1000 block of E. Travis regarding a loose dog.
Burglary
On Nov. 23, Officer Mitch-ell Maxwell was dispatched to the 600 block of E. State Hwy 71 bypass regarding a burglary of a coin operated machine.
Civil Matter
On Nov. 21, Medack was dispatched to the 600 block of E. Pearl regarding a civil matter.
On Nov. 22, Officer John Wostarek responded to the 600 block of S. Meyer for a civil matter.
On Nov. 22, Officer Steven Haynie spoke with a subject in the 500 block of W. Lowerline for a civil matter.
Criminal Mischief
On Nov. 22, Maxwell was dispatched to the 400-block of W. Fairgrounds Road regarding criminal mischief.
Disturbance
On Nov. 19, Wostarek was dispatched to the 600 block of E. Lafayette regarding a disturbance.
On Nov. 19, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1700 block of State Hwy. 71 business regarding a disturbance. Subject was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Juvenile Complaint
On Nov. 22, Maxwell was dispatched to the 600 block of E .Pearl in regard to a juvenile complaint.
Loud Music
On Nov. 19, Officer Brett Meinardus took a report from a caller regarding loud music and other noises coming from the 200 block of Ellinger Road Suspicious Vehicle/Person On Nov. 19, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1800 block of E. State Hwy. 71 bypass regarding a suspicious vehicle.
On Nov. 20, Medack was dispatched to the 2400 block of W. State Hwy 71 business in regard to a suspicious person.
On Nov. 21, Medack checked on an open vehicle trunk in the 500 block of S. college.
On Nov. 22, Haynie was called to the 700 block of E. Travis regarding a suspicious vehicle.
Trespassing
On Nov. 20, Medack was dispatched to the 400 block of E. Travis regarding a criminal trespass warning needing to be issued.
Theft
On Nov. 21, Medack was dispatched to the 1600 block of W. Hwy 71 business in regard to theft.
On Nov. 21, Investigator Troy Stevens responded to the 400 block of E. Travis where complainant reported wallet being stolen.
Terroristic Threat
On Nov. 20, Keeney spoke with a caller in the 300 block of N. Main in regard to a terroristic threat.
Welfare Check
On Nov. 20, Meinardus took a call of a man standing in the roadway in the 200 block of S. Ellinger.
