La Grange Police Report Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Oct. 29 through Nov. 5.
Animal Complaint
On Oct. 30, Officer Timothy Medack was dispatched to the 1800 block of Hwy. 159 in regard to an animal complaint.
On Oct. 31, Medack checked on loose dogs in the 500 block of S. College On Nov. 1, Animal Control Officer Dean Ahlschlager did a follow up on a dog bite in the 300 block of E. Colorado.
On Nov. 1, Ahlschlager picked up a skunk trap in the 500 block of Sarah Jo.
On Nov. 1, Ahlschlager put out a skunk trap in the 900 block of N. Jackson.
Accident
On Nov. 1, Officer Thomas Keeney responded to the 1900 block of W. State Hwyl. 71 business for an accident.
On Nov. 4, Medack was dispatched to the 1600 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business in regard to a motor vehicle accident.
On Nov. 3, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 400 block of N. Jefferson in regard to an accident.
Civil Matter
On Oct. 30, Medack was dispatched to the 1600 block of N. Jefferson in regard to a civil matter.
On Nov. 2, Sgt. Travis Anderson spoke with complainant in the 300 block of N. College regarding a nonpayment of rent issue. Office advised it was a civil matter.
Child Locked in Vehicle
On Oct. 30, Medack was dispatched to the 400 block of E. Travis regarding a child locked in vehicle. Driver was issued a citation.
Harassment
On Nov. 3, Medack was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington in regard to harassment.
Juvenile Complaint
On Oct. 30, Officer Jeffrey Archerd spoke with a caller in regard to a juvenile complaint.
Possession
On Oct. 31, Archerd spoke with a caller regarding possession of controlled substance in the 800 block of Vail.
Runaway
On Oct. 31, Medack was dispatched to the 700 block of E. Fannin regarding a runaway.
Suspicious Person/Vehicle
On Oct. 31, Medack was dispatched to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business regarding a suspicious person.
On Nov. 4, Medack was dispatched to the 1000 block of Hwy. 159 regarding a suspicious person.
Theft
On Oct. 30, Haynie spoke with a subject in the 400 block of E. Travis regarding to a theft.
Welfare Check
On Nov. 1, Keeney responded to the 1000 block of N. Von. Minden for a welfare check.
On Nov. 2, Keeney responded to the 71 bypass east bound on a welfare request.
On Nov. 2, Keeney responded to the 1000 block of Sunset for a welfare check.
On Nov. 2, Keeney responded to the State Hwy 71 bypass and Old Plum Highway for a welfare check.
Miscellaneous
On Oct. 31, Haynie was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington regarding a loud noise.
On Nov. 2, Anderson received a call for two utility buckets in the roadway in the 700 block of W. Travis. They were removed and call cleared.
On Nov. 3, Haynie spoke with a subject in the 900 block of Mode Lane regarding a citizen assist.
On Nov. 3, Haynie responded to the 400 block of E. Milam regarding an agency assist with EMS.
On Nov. 4, Medack was dispatched to the 1800 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business regarding a fuel spill.
On Nov. 4, Medack was dispatched to the 1000 block of E. Travis regarding possible trespassing.
On Nov. 4, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Fannin in regard to an agency assist with EMS.
