La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Nov. 13-20.

Animal Complaint

On Nov. 14, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 1500 block of W. State Hwy. 71 in regard to an animal complaint.

On Nov. 15, Haynie was dispatched to the 900 block of E. Camp in regard to an animal complaint.

On Nov. 17, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 700 block of S. Reynolds for dead deer on property.

Agency Assist

On Nov. 17, Officer Kevin Currington assisted the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office with an escaped inmate. Officer found escapee in the 200 block of N. Von Minden.

On Nov. 18, Meinardus responded to the 500 block of S Cindy Lane where caller reported a neighbor fell and door was locked. Officer had to force entry for the EMS.

On Nov. 19, Haynie was dispatched to the 100 block of W. Colorado in regard to an agency assist.

Accident

On Nov. 13, Officer Thomas Keeney was dispatched to the 200 block of W. Colorado for a possible auto accident.

Burglary

On Nov. 16, Keeney spoke with a caller about a burglary in the 1100 block of N.Von Minden.

On Nov. 19, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 600 block of S. Jefferson in regard to a burglary.

On Nov. 19, Haynie was dispatched to the 800 block of E. Guadalupe in regard to a burglary.

Citizen Assist

On Nov. 18, Maxwell was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Pearl in regard to a citizen assist.

Disturbance

On Nov. 14, Sgt. Travis Anderson responded to the 1000 block of N. Madison to a disturbance.

Juvenile Complaint

On Nov. 14, Haynie took information regarding a juvenile complaint in the 1400 block of W. State Hwy 71.

On Nov. 18, Officer Curtis Zwahr assisted with a juvenile in the 300 block of S. Jackson.

Loitering

On Nov. 13, Keeney responded

to the 100 block of W. Travis for loitering.

Public Intoxication

On Nov. 15, Anderson responded to the 2000 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business for an intoxicated male.

Reckless Driving

On Nov. 13, Anderson responded to the LCRA boat ramp in regard to a reckless driver.

Suspicious Person

On Nov. 13, Keeney responded to the 500 block of E Jackson in regard to a suspicious person.

On Nov. 15, Haynie was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Main in regard to a suspicious person.

Theft

On Nov. 15, Haynie took information in regard to a theft in the 800 block of N Franklin.

On Nov. 19, Maxwell spoke with a subject in the 400 block of E. Travis in regard to theft.

Trespassing

On Nov. 14, Haynie was dispatched to the 1800 block of State Hwy. 71 business in regard to a subject trespassing.

Welfare Check On Nov. 19, Officer Justin Koehne checked on a subject walking in the parking lot located at 1900 W. State Hwy 71 business.

Miscellaneous

On Nov. 18, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1400 block of N. Von Minden in regard to assisting with traffic control.

On Nov. 18, Officer Robbin Emmons stopped a subject for possession in the 800 block of S. Vail.

On Nov. 18, Haynie was dispatched to the 600 block of S. Jefferson in regard to a parking violation.

On Nov. 18, Anderson spoke with complainant in regard to a civil matter in the 400 block of W. Colorado.

On Nov. 19, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 500 block of Cindy Lane in regard to a civil matter.
