Tuesday La Grange High School students fanned out across the city for the Fall Job Shadow event, in which they work at a local business for the day learning about those industries and the skills needed to work in those fields – and making connections with local employers. Shown (left to right) are some of the participants: Kristina Marin (who worked at We Stitch and is shown here working on embroidered Santa hats), Daniel Villanueva (who is holding a screen for a shirt he made at YM Apparel under the direction of owner Fernando Gutierrez, also pictured) and Emily Tryon and Jayden Jarmon (who worked at the Fayette Public Library).
