Jackson Writes Book About LG Railways

The La Grange M-K-T Depot Museum is pleased to announce the publication of the history of La Grange’s railways: ”Here Comes the Katy, The Railways of La Grange” by Larry Jackson. This book details the history of the Missouri-Kansas-Texas (Katy) depot in La Grange, Texas. Richly illustrated, it also explains the importance of railroads to the development of Texas and in particular, to Fayette County. Copies are for sale at the depot for $10.
