Ice Cream Stand Opens Just in Time for Summer Heat

The Darby Family Farms’ Mobile Parlor had its grand opening this past weekend, July 21-22, at the corner of S. Main and E. Travis streets. From shakes and malts to ice cream cones, the parlor has every delicious treat a person trying to keep cool could want. Darby Family Farms, established in 2015, is well-known for its homemade root beer, which is now paired with a scoop of ice cream on the parlor’s menu.
