Magic & Story Hour

Hospice Brazos Valley is having a monthly support group for caregivers of people who have terminal or chronic illnesses on the third Wednesday of each month from 10 to 11 a.m. This will be held at the HBV office located at 1048 North Jackson in La Grange. Join the Fayette Public Library on Wednesday, June 21, as the library welcomes The John O’Bryant Magic Show. You don’t want to miss this fantastic show filled with magic and laughs. On Thursday, June 22, join for a Tie Dye Story Hour. The library will provide all Tie Dye materials needed. If you would like to bring something small from home to tie dye, you are welcome to. Round Top Hermann Sons Life Lodge 151 will meet Thursday, June 22, at the American Legion Hall in Round Top. Social time is 6 p.m. with meeting following at 6:30 p.m. Sausage and kraut will be served and members are asked to bring a side or dessert.

There’s more St. Mark’s Monthly Free Power Hour is on Wednesday, June 28, from 2-3 p.m. Topic will be “The Importance of Foot Health.” Plus, learn more about how to check foot health at home and important tips associated with diabetic wound care health concerns.
