Flooded Building Poised to Reopen

More than five years after Hurricane Harvey hit La Grange, signs of recovery continue. The old Second Chance Emporium building next to the KC Hall was significantly flooded. Johnny Oviedo said he plans to be able to open a laundromat in the middle of the building in early Dec. and has two retail spaces on either side of the laundromat he is renting out as well.
