Fayetteville Celebrates A ‘Country Christmas’

Saturday afternoon rain showers didn’t dampen the holiday spirit in Fayetteville as folks packed the town square for their annual “Country Christmas” extravaganza.

The event included a homes tour, lighted parade (shown left), a Christmas tree village and visits with Santa inside the old fire station.

Fayetteville’s downtown eateries and art galleries were packed with attendees.
